  • DETAILED ITINERARY

    DAY 1&2 - CHOBE
Your safari starts with arrival in Kasane, where you are met and introduced to your guide, vehicle and safari team before heading into Chobe National Park. The first two nights are spent at a campsite along the Chobe Riverfront, an area renowned for its extraordinary concentrations of wildlife, particularly large herds of elephant and buffalo. Time here is spent exploring the riverbanks on game drives, as well as enjoying a boat cruise on the Chobe River, which offers a completely different perspective and close-up encounters with animals coming down to drink. Evenings are spent around the campfire under the stars.

    DAY 3&4,  SAVUTI
From Chobe, the journey continues south into the Savuti region, an area known for its dramatic landscapes and predator interactions. Over two nights, you explore the Savuti Marsh and surrounding areas on game drives, keeping an eye out for lion, hyena and elephant, as well as the ever-changing conditions of the Savuti Channel. Days follow a relaxed safari rhythm, with early morning drives, time to rest during the heat of the day, and afternoon excursions as the light softens.

    DAY 5&6, KHWAI
The safari then moves on to the Khwai Concession, a particularly scenic and wildlife-rich area on the edge of the Okavango Delta. Here you spend two nights exploring the Khwai River region, where a mix of riverine woodland, open floodplains and seasonal water channels supports a wide variety of wildlife. Morning and afternoon game drives provide excellent opportunities to see elephant, buffalo, lion and leopard, along with prolific birdlife. The Khwai area is known for its consistent sightings and quieter, more intimate safari experience.

    DAY 7&8, MOREMI/OKAVANGO
Continuing deeper into the Delta system, the next two nights are spent in the Moremi Game Reserve, one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife areas. Entering via South Gate, you travel through diverse habitats ranging from mopane woodland to floodplains and lagoons. Your camp is set up in the heart of the reserve, offering a truly immersive bush experience. Activities include early morning game drives to catch the best light and wildlife activity, as well as a boat excursion through the Delta’s channels, where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the water, birdlife and unique scenery. Evenings are spent around the fire, with dinner served under the stars.

    DAY 9, MAUN
On your final night, you return to Maun, where you stay at a comfortable lodge. After days in the wilderness, this is a chance to relax, enjoy a proper bed and reflect on the journey. The following morning, after breakfast, your safari comes to an end with a transfer to Maun Airport for onward travel.
